Shipping Infomation

Free Postage for Orders of $50 or More
  • All orders that total more than $50 of our products for delivery within Australia qualify for free postage.
For all orders totalling less than $50 for delivery within Australia
  • Customers can select from the following delivery options:
  1. Regular Post - $8.95 flat rate
  2. Express Post - $19.90 flat rate
  • Free Shipping for orders over $50 - this will be sent via regular post.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
For all orders for delivery outside of Australia
  • A flat rate of $70 will be applied for any orders of up to 2 kg in weight.
  • For any overseas order of more than 2 kg, please feel free to contact us to arrange a customised shipping method that suits your needs.

What are the expected delivery times?

Delivery using regular post generally takes between 2 - 7 business days to arrive depending on your postcode and location. If your postcode is in a metro area, deliveries may be received within 5 working days. If your postcode is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 7 working days.

Delivery using express post generally takes between 1 - 3 business days to arrive depending on where you live. Although, if you live outside the Australia Post express network, this may be longer.

Once SYMBIOSIS CARE receives your order online, your item/s will be posted within 2 business days. We will notify you of shipment by email.

Delivery times may vary. Delivery is also subject to stock availability. Weekends and Public holidays may delay delivery.

SYMBIOSIS CARE will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock, which may affect your delivery time.

Customers will also be notified within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase. This is why we recommend that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery; and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied, that you notify us at SYMBIOSIS CARE within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.

To claim a refund or exchange, please contact us at clement.delor@symbiosiscare.com.au before returning any products. If returning because you’ve changed your mind, we will only accept products in their original condition and packaging.

After returns are received in full, SYMBIOSIS CARE will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty.
